Full-time, Permanent

 

Sturgeon Falls Brush and Contracting is looking for an Adminsitrative Assistant who is able to complete a variety of Office tasks, including Reception and Accounting duties.

Requirements

·        Bilingual

·        Diploma or degree in a college or university in Business Administration required

·        3-5 Years’ Experience

·        Data Entry and computer skills; Excel, Outlook, Word, Computrol & Geotab

·        Must have good communication and organizational skills

·        Experience with Jonas an asset

·        Knowledge of Forestry Equipment an asset

·        Work in a team; team building and creating new worker/client relations

·        Fast-paced environment, must be able to accommodate last minute changes and occasionally work under pressure.

Responsibilities

·        Answer phone and greet clients and customers; Transfer and relate messages

·        Account Receivables, Accounts Payables ; process Invoices and receive payments

·        Demonstrate proficiency in Excel

·        Maintain Filing System

·        Multi task and Time management

·        Some Project Management

·        Preparing  & Sorting document

·        Use of personal vehicle may be required at times
