Sturgeon Falls Brush and Contracting is looking for an Project Coordinator who is able to support project managers by overseeing administrative tasks, communicating with stakeholders and/or upper management and ensuring resource availability for the project team.

 

Requirements

·      Bilingual

·      Diploma or degree in a college or university in related field required

·      3-5 Years’ Experience

·      Excellent computer skills; Excel, Outlook, Word and Adobe (Computrol, Geotab, Jonas would be a great asset)

·      Must have good communication, problem-solving, change management and organizational skills

·      Knowledge of Forestry Equipment an asset

·      Work in a team; team building and creating new worker/client relations

 

Responsibilities

·      Assist managers in the development of project management documents (budgets, schedules, etc)

·      Execute administrative tasks such as purchase orders, inventory reports, managing invoices, etc.

·      Supervise the project procurement process

·      Meeting with clients to assess their needs and define project requirements, acceptance criteria and project timelines

·      Coordinate the allocation of project resources to ensure the project team has what’s needed at the right time

·      Be the liaison between the project team and project clients throughout the project life cycle

·      Schedule meetings, document and generate reports

·      Use of personal vehicle may be required at times
