Job Overview
We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented Cleaner to join our team. The ideal candidate will be responsible for maintaining cleanliness and orderliness in various facilities, ensuring a safe and welcoming environment for all occupants. This role requires a strong commitment to quality service and the ability to work independently or as part of a team.

Duties

Perform custodial duties including sweeping, mopping, vacuuming, and dusting to maintain cleanliness in assigned areas.
Utilize hand tools and power tools safely and effectively for various cleaning tasks.
Conduct commercial cleaning tasks in offices, restrooms, break rooms, and other common areas.
Carry out facilities maintenance tasks such as minor repairs and upkeep of equipment.
Handle heavy lifting when necessary, ensuring proper techniques are used to avoid injury.
Communicate effectively with team members and management regarding cleaning schedules and any maintenance issues.
Manage time efficiently to complete all assigned tasks within designated timeframes.

Experience

Previous experience in custodial or commercial cleaning is preferred but not required.
Familiarity with facilities maintenance practices is a plus.
Strong customer service skills to interact positively with clients and staff.
Ability to work independently while also being a collaborative team player.
Excellent time management skills to prioritize tasks effectively.
