Full job description
T BELL TRANSPORT INC. has immediate full-time openings for loader, grader, rock truck, shovel and grinder operators based at our Northern Ontario location.

Essential Responsibilities:

– Safe and efficient operation of heavy equipment ex. Dozer, Loader, Excavator, Packer and Grader

– Conduct pre-trip/walk-around safety inspections and completes daily Field Level Hazard Assessments for all activities

– Maintain heavy equipment in good operating condition, reporting and logging maintenance requirements or concerns

– Communicate effectively and professionally with other team members

– Be a leader of both safety and production for the team by ensuring compliance with all safety policies and procedures

– Ability to work with minimal supervision

Qualifications:
– Minimum one-years of heavy civil experience is preferred
– Experience in road construction/ subgrade
– Must have and maintain a valid class 5 driver’s license

Work Conditions:
– Work will be primarily outdoors in various weather conditions
