We are seeking an organized and detail-oriented Screening Clerk, who will be accountable for
sorting and tracking all incoming registration documentation, reviewing/screening
documentation for completion, and assisting in correspondence and inquiries regarding
documentation received.  Reporting to the Manager, Registration, the key areas of responsibility are to:
• Receive, review and track all correspondence (fax, mail, emails) received by the
Department.
o Review correspondence for completeness prior to submission for further
processing.
o Track all correspondence received; organize correspondence and deliver to the
employee it has been assigned to.
• Respond to inquiries and questions from members or applicants and resolve issues.
• Ensure prompt follow-up on all outstanding/incomplete files to ensure timely resolution of
matters.
• Other duties as assigned.

Qualifications
• Two or three-year college program.
• Bilingualism (French/English Level C1, CEFRL) is required.
• 1 to 3 years’ experience performing similar duties.
• Knowledge of the sector and College policies and processes related to registration.
• Knowledge of office/administrative software (Excel, Word, Outlook).
• Verbal communication and customer service skills to respond to inquiries and provide
information in a clear and professional manner.
• Written communication skills to respond to member/ applicant inquiries.
• Attention to detail to screen a high volume of documentation and navigate between
several databases to find information.
• Organizational and time-management skills to manage a high volume of application files
and adhere to processing times and deadlines
