Custodial Maintenance and Operations Services Contractor

The Township of Assiginack is seeking a qualified individual or contractor to provide Maintenance and Operation Services for the Assiginack Municipal Offices (156 Arthur Street) and the Assiginack Public Library (25 Spragge Street).
The Contractor will be responsible for housekeeping, cleaning and routine maintenance of the designated municipal buildings and grounds. Services must meet health, safety and regulatory standards as outlined by the Township. Preference will be given to applicants
bidding on both buildings.
Applicants must provide:

• Proof of WSIB and $2,000,000 liability coverage
• A valid Police Criminal Record Check
The contract term is January 5, 2026 – January 4, 2027,
with the possibility of extension.
