Transfer Station Attendant

Qualifications:

• Valid Class G Drivers Licence
• Ability to work independently with minimal supervision
• Strong customer service and communication skills
• Ability to perform physical labour and lift up to 50 pounds
• Ability to work flexible hours, including weekends and holidays when required

Hours of Work:

• Summer Season – minimum of 19 hours per week
• Winter Season – minimum of 10 hours per week

Working Conditions:

• Outdoor work in varying weather conditions
• Standing, walking, bending and lifting up to 50 pounds
• Weekend and holiday work required during the operating system
• Exposure to dust, noise and waste materials
