Tyler’s Construction Group is currently seeking reliable and safety-minded Equipment Operators to assist with winter snow removal operations. The successful candidates will be responsible for operating equipment, including backhoes, wheel loaders, and snowplow pick-up trucks, to ensure safe and efficient clearing of snow from commercial and residential properties.
Key Responsibilities:
•Operate equipment for snow plowing, hauling, and removal
•Maintain safe work practices while operating machinery
•Conduct basic maintenance and pre-operation inspections of equipment
•Respond to call-outs promptly during snow events
•Work collaboratively with the operations team to ensure timely and thorough snow removal
•Valid Class G driver’s licence
•Clean driver’s abstract required
•Availability for on-call shifts (24/7 availability during winter months)
•Employment period: November 1 – April 30
•Previous snow removal experience preferred — employer willing to train the right candidate
