Customer Service Associate
Job Requirements:
- Answering telephone calls and filing of customer records
- Retail sales transactions and customer service in the showroom
- Inventory updates, order reception and product stocking
- Picking, packing and shipping of orders in backup position
- Follow established procedures for CRM Program
Job Description:
- Conduct all business in a friendly and courteous manner
- Proficiency with google and computer software programs
- Good communication skills with customers
- Dependability, punctuality and attention to detail
- Good telephone and record keeping skills
Job Bonus Skills:
- Previous work with website E-commerce platforms
- Previous worth with CRM & website based sales programs
- Previous work within customer retail environments
- Previous work with shipping and inventory programs
Rate of Pay: $18.00 – $20.00/hr
Full time: 40 – 44 hours/week
