Office and Loans Administrator

This key position in the organization requires an individual who has excellent computer and numeracy skills as well as the personal suitability in working directly with business clients. An educational background in Office or Business Administration (Accounting) is preferred along with strong organizational and self-motivational skills. Naishnaabemaang shwii go washme ndawendaagod

This individual will perform the following duties;

a) Manage the receipt of all incoming calls as well as incoming/outgoing correspondence;

b) Ensuring orderly functioning of the office, ordering office supplies and overseeing office equipment, etc;

c) Preparing general office correspondence;

d) Managing all organization digital files;

e) Organizing Board meetings and preparing digital meeting kits;

f) Preparing and processing client claims for approved financing;

g) Entering data into the loans/investment database;

h) Registering liens on loan security;

i) Processing creditor’s life loan insurance;

j) Issuing client account statements;

k) Managing the organization’s website and social media;

l) Helping to organize workshops and events; and

m) Being a strong support to the organization in meeting its mandate and service standards.

Salary is commensurate with qualifications and experience. A six (6) month probationary review is applicable.
