·       Degree or Diploma in a related discipline, or

·       Experience Collaborating in a Child Care environment

·       Current First Aid/CPR-C

·       Current and Clear Criminal Reference Check/VS

·       Knowledge and Understanding of Child Development

·       Familiarity with Child Care and Early years Act (CCEYA)

·       Leadership Skills

·       Engaged and Invested in Life-Long Learning
