Food Handlers – Espanola
The Ministry of Health and Long-Term Care recommends that all food premises designated as having a high or moderate risk rating, have at least 1 certified food handler present at the establishment during all hours of operation. Topics covered include: introduction to food safety, food safety legislation, food poisoning, micro-organisms, time and temperature, properly storing food, contamination risks, personal hygiene, cleaning and sanitizing, pest control, food safety management.
