Centre Pivot du Triangle magique (CPTM), now operating as Magic Triangle \/ Triangle Magique, Sudbury\u2019s largest childcare agency, is seeking a qualified candidate for the PERMANENT PART-TIME POSITION of Bilingual Administrative Support Staff to join their Administrative\/Finance team on-site at the Hanmer head office location.<\/p>\n

Roles and Responsibilities<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Daily administrative tasks such as data entry, filing, emailing, sorting & distributing mail, obtaining & scanning certificates and other important documents into digital format, weekly back-ups<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Other cyclical responsibilities such as uniform orders, birthday cards & shout-outs, replenishing office supplies, Bingo &<\/p>\n

other fundraising coordination, preparing documentation & agendas for various committee meetings, minute-taking, booking meeting halls and ordering catering for various meetings, tracking employees\u2019 certification renewals, organizing group training events, assisting with digital\/social media updates, and other administrative tasks as required or assigned<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Draft simple documents for review, including employment confirmation letters, correspondence, memoranda, and reports<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Maintain an organized paper and electronic filing system with the ability to retrieve information efficiently<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Assist with Administrative \/ Accounts Payable \/ Accounts Receivable \/ Payroll \/ Human Resources tasks as required, such as deposits\/banking, credit card processing, monthly VISA and other vendor statement reconciliations, preparing employee packages for benefits and pension enrollment, and other finance or HR tasks as required or assigned<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Administrative support for Executive Director, Director of Finance, Manager of Children\u2019s Services, as well as the administrative and finance teams<\/p>\n

Skills and Qualifications

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Tech-savvy with proficiency in Microsoft Office suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook, Teams)<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Ability to work independently with minimal direction or supervision, and function effectively in a busy environment, yet know when to reach out for support when needed<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Minimum 1-year administrative experience, but willing to train the candidate who is the right corporate fit and eager to grow within the position and the agency<\/p>\n

\u00b7\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0 Valid driver\u2019s licence and reliable transportation\/use of vehicle to travel to various sites in the Sudbury area<\/p>\n
