Under the direction of the Administrator, the Dietary Supervisor shall be responsible for organizing, controlling, coordinating and planning of all aspects of the residents’ nutrition. Manage and or supervise food service systems to provide quality and cost effective nutrition services including budgeting and purchasing. The Dietary Supervisors is also responsible for following set guidelines and as per the Fixing Long-Term Care Act 2021 amongst others.
Must be an active member of the Canadian Society of Nutrition Management or Registered Dietitian.
Three (3) years previous professional experience in Long-Term Care is an asset
Excellent leadership, communication and interpersonal skills with an interest in gerontology
Must be bilingual.
