Reporting to the Chief Financial Officer, the Receptionist / Accounting Clerk is responsible to answer and screen telephone calls, provide counter service to residents, staff and visitors, sort mail, announce daily activities, process resident deposits, withdrawals and payments, prepare bank deposits, process accounts payable invoices, and payments, process journal entries, provide assistance to the Accounts Receivable / Payable Clerk and support the CFO in various tasks assigned.
