Responsibilities:
- Devise effective territory sales and marketing strategies within a diverse territory.
- Identify emerging markets and sales opportunities through cold calling and market research.
- Assist with the development and Implementation sales plans.
- Assist with inventory planning to serve our market.
- Present products and services to prospective and existing customers with high energy and enthusiasm.
- Assess sales performance according to KPI’s.
- Achieve growth and exceed sales targets as defined by senior management.
- Build and promote strong, long-lasting customer relationships with an emphasis on customer service.
Requirements:
- Knowledge of various equipment lines including arial equipment, load bearing, compaction, earth moving, contractor tools etc.
- 5 + years of construction experience an asset.
- Post-Secondary education or equivalent experience.
- Bilingualism an asset
- Well-developed business, sales, and communication skills necessary to attain new customers.
- Superior customer service skills.
- Ability to travel within the territory and work flexible hours.
- Goal driven and willingness to go above and beyond.
- Clean Drivers Record with minimum class G.
- Ability to utilize a laptop computer with strong working knowledge of Microsoft products.
