Overview:
We are seeking a skilled and motivated Tire Technician to join our team. As a Tire Technician, you will be responsible for performing tire-related services and assisting customers with their automotive needs. This is a hands-on role that requires mechanical knowledge and excellent customer service skills.
Responsibilities:
– Install, balance, and rotate tires on various vehicles
– Perform tire repairs and replacements as needed
– Perform oil changes on various vehicles
– Inspect tires for wear, damage, and proper inflation
– Provide exceptional customer service and address any inquiries or concerns
– Maintain a clean and organized work area and shop
– Follow all safety procedures and guidelines
Skills:
– Ability to lift heavy tires and perform physical tasks as required
– Proficiency in using hand tools and power tools for tire installation and repair
– Strong customer service skills to ensure customer satisfaction
– Mechanical knowledge to diagnose tire issues and recommend appropriate solutions
– Able to work in a team environment
