Fleet Manager

Job Summary:
E. Corbiere and Sons Contracting, a family-owned contracting company operating since 2000, is looking to add a Fleet Manager to our team.

We are seeking a skilled Fleet Manager to oversee our company’s vehicle fleet operations. The Fleet Manager will be responsible for managing the maintenance, repair, and replacement of vehicles to ensure efficient and safe operations.

Duties:
– Develop and implement fleet maintenance programs to ensure optimal vehicle performance
– Coordinate vehicle repairs and maintenance schedules
– Monitor fuel usage, maintenance costs, and overall fleet performance
– Oversee vehicle licensing, registration, and compliance with transportation regulations
– Manage fleet budget and expenses effectively
– Collaborate with vendors and suppliers for vehicle parts and services
– Maintain accurate records of fleet operations and expenses

Skills:
The ideal candidate should possess the following skills:
– Mechanical knowledge for troubleshooting vehicle issues
– Strong customer service skills for interacting with drivers and vendors
– Experience in maintaining vehicles to ensure safety and compliance
