Night Shift Foreman (Seasonal)

Job Description
• Oversee and assist with the production of night work.
• Use equipment to perform line painting, asphalt crack filling and seal coating, power washing, epoxy flooring, and more.
• Keep the night crew on track and working safely, effectively, and efficiently.
• Plan and facilitate the production of a high-quality project.
• Communicate job status daily with the Operations Manager.
• Maintain a safe, hazard-free job site.
• Additional tasks as required.

Requirements
• Must have leadership skills.
• Experience working with asphalt and sprayers.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Class G driver’s license with reliable transportation.
• Clean Driver’s Abstract is required.
• Self-motivated, critical thinker that likes to problem solve.
• Understand the importance of punctuality, organization, and attention to detail.
• Ability to work in a physically demanding role with lots of walking, bending, and lifting (up to 75lbs).
• Ability to work well independently unsupervised.
• Past experience with small engines is an asset.
• An Engineering educational background is an asset.
