Jocko Point Fish & Chips

·     Ordering supplies

·     Managing vendors

·     Overseeing operations

·     Complete daily and weekly reporting

·     Prepare staff schedules

·     Assist in employee onboarding and training on company policies, procedures, and product knowledge

·     Monitoring compliance with restaurant policies

·     Issue refunds and manage customer experiences

·     Report to General Manager and work alongside management team to ensure the businesses success

·     Handle cash transactions and operate the point-of-sale (POS) system
