Kitchen Line Cook

The Manitoulin Inn Conference Centre is hiring 2 experienced Line Cooks.

The successful candidate(s) will be responsible for:

• Executing all menu items while meeting presentation and timing standards
• Assisting others in the kitchen
• Maintaining a clean, well-stocked and organized work area

Line cooks must be able to:

• Communicate well in person with a wide variety of people
• Take pride in appearance
• Take pride in the presentation of meals 
• Strong ability to multi-task in a busy environment
• Posses a sense of urgency when needed and demonstrate good attention to detail

Credentials:

• Safe Food Handling Certificate
• Bondable
• Problem solving skills
• OSSD
