Mark Roque Electrical is hiring an Office Administrator
Role Description:
This is a full-time, permanent, on-site role for an Office Administrator located in Espanola, ON. The successful candidate will be responsible for day-to-day accounting tasks, and general administrative duties including but not limited to writing invoices, inventory control, time tracking and filing.
36 hours per week
Monday – Friday 8:00 a.m. to 4:00 p.m.
Requirements:
Experience as an office administrator or similar role in a fast-paced environment
Knowledge of construction basics
Strong attention to detail and accuracy in all work activities
Exceptional organizational and time management skills, with the ability to prioritize tasks and meet deadlines effectively
Strong communication skills, both written and verbal
Experience with Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook)
Good working knowledge of QuickBooks
Flexibility and adaptability to accommodate changing priorities and work demands
A positive attitude and a collaborative mindset, with a willingness to support team members and contribute to the overall success of the organization
Must have a license and reliable vehicle
