This position is at the heart of our company, providing the ultimate guest experience and being knowledgeable in regards to the areas we travel to and from. Those chosen to fill this position will be entrusted with being the faces of North Channel Cruise Line!
Responsibilities include enhancing guest experiences, being safety forward and maintaining passenger control and management throughout tours. More specific duties during tours include providing food and beverage services, general maintenance of vessel, leading hikes, being aware and knowledgeable of surroundings, assisting in docking and undocking vessels, being familiar with the operations and equipment aboard the vessels such as anchoring, instruments and electrical panels. Smart serve training course will need to be completed by first day of work. Do you enjoy getting to know new people? Are you self driven, curious and enjoy learning? Looking for enthusiastic, outgoing and fun-loving individuals that demonstrate a positive attitude, strong communication skills and a good work ethic. Must be ready to contribute positively to passenger experience.
To comply with Transport Canada regulations, applicants must be physically fit and 18yrs + by first day of work. Good references and a clean criminal record are a must. Onboard training provided. This includes accredited Transport Canada Marine First Aid.
