North Channel Tours has an opening for Shore Crew.

June to September 2024

This onshore position is two-fold and encompasses a customer service roll combined with providing occasional, as-needed, assistance to our onshore Food and Beverage team.

Responsibilities include working in our ticket office providing customers with information about tours and assisting them in purchasing tickets. Other responsibilities may include answering emails and the company phone line, picking up mail from the post office, scanning and filing documents, receiving and placing orders, working with offsite office management in organizational matters. At times, it may be required to provide assistance in the kitchen to our Food and Beverage team. This position is dynamic and rewarding.

It is well-suited for someone with an outgoing, positive personality that can work well with others but can also be trusted to work independently, without need for constant supervision. Well-developed customer service skills and office experience are assets. We will consider mature students completing high school studies. Occasional work aboard our cruise boat is also possible.
