Organized, detail-oriented, motivated to complete tasks and driven.

Reception/correspondence/answer and return phone calls and emails on behalf of the company. 

Oversee and coordinate office procedures, deliveries, supplies, accommodation, forms, security services and sub-contractors.

Quick book experience a must.

Construction background is considered a definite asset.

 

Administrative activities:

  • Data entry, input bills and receipts into QuickBooks Online.
  • Work with Project Manager to assemble data and prepare specialized reports.
  • Prepare and document Health and Safety information.
