TEAM MEMBER
~~ Greet customers in a friendly and welcoming manner, ensuring excellent customer service at all times.
~~Take customer orders, accurately enter them into the POS system, and handle payment transactions.
~~Prepare and assemble a variety of Mexican food items, following standardized recipes and presentation guidelines.
~~Ensure food quality, taste, and appearance meet our restaurant’s standards before serving to customers.
~~Maintain a clean and organized workstation, including food preparation areas, dining areas, and restrooms.
~~Adhere to proper food safety and hygiene practices, including handwashing, glove usage, and proper storage of ingredients.
~~Assist in restocking ingredients and supplies as needed to ensure efficient operation during peak hours.
~~Collaborate with team members to ensure smooth workflow and timely service to customers.
~~Provide recommendations and answer customer inquiries about menu items, ingredients, and preparation methods.
~~Uphold a positive and professional attitude while handling customer feedback, resolving complaints, and ensuring customer satisfaction.
~~Participate in training sessions and team meetings to enhance product knowledge and improve service skills.
~~Follow restaurant policies and procedures, including dress code and attendance requirements.
