Responsibilities:

Sales Development & Execution:
● Develop and execute sales strategies aligned with the company’s growth objectives.
● Act as the main point of contact for key clients and ensure their satisfaction with our services.
● Schedule new orders to suit the client and seller’s timeframe from booking through to delivery.
● Follow up with clients to ensure a smooth delivery and customer satisfaction. Collect testimonials along the way.

Marketing Strategy & Implementation:
● Plan marketing around innovative and emerging trends, customer preferences, competitive landscape while communicating value proposition and benefits of our products/services while aligning with sales objectives.
● Content Creation & Campaign Management using our digital assets, and promotional materials effectively maximizing ROI. Managing advertising campaigns across various social channels analyzing for performance of the marketing initiatives.
● Brand Management to ensure consistent brand messaging and visual identity across all marketing materials, both online and offline. Uphold the brand’s reputation and enhance visibility in the market.
● Identify and evaluate opportunities for market expansion for new customer segments.

Field Work
● onsite home/commercial photoshoots, floor plans, 3D Tours. All team members are trained (equipment & training provided) in these services to get the right perspective for delivering the highest quality services on time.

Requirements:
● Proven experience in sales strategies and techniques, preferably in a small company environment.
● Demonstrated success in achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
● Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities to build relationships with clients and team members.
● Creative problem-solving skills and a proactive approach to overcoming challenges.
● Bachelor’s degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or a related field (or equivalent experience).
● Must have a vehicle
