Are you an organized, detail-oriented individual with a passion for dental care? We’re looking for a dedicated Dental Receptionist to join our team in Spanish, Ontario, Canada!
Availability: One day per week (Friday or Saturday) with a possibility of a second day.
Salary: $25 per hour
About the Role:
As our Dental Receptionist, you’ll be the friendly face that greets our patients and ensures their experience is seamless and comfortable. In addition to reception duties, you’ll assist with sterilization and other essential tasks If needed.
Responsibilities:
– Greet and assist patients with a warm and welcoming demeanor
– Manage appointments, billing, and patient records
– Handle phone calls and inquiries with professionalism
– If needed, assist in sterilization procedures and preparing rooms before patients
– Maintain a clean and safe environment
Requirements:
– Prior experience in dental reception or related roles is an asset
– Strong organizational and multitasking skills
– Availability on Fridays or Saturdays
