·        Bilingual preferred

·        Secondary (high) school Diploma

·        First Aid/CPR & other certification are assets

·        5 years’ experience in Parts and some knowledge specifically with Forestry & Heavy Equipment

·        Must have strong leadership and inventory management skills

·        Must have good communication and organizational skills- Leadership

·        Overtime required on occasion, tight deadlines, Standing for extended periods

·        Must be able to manage drivers, paperwork and logistics of yard activity

·        Must be able to work with a team of mechanics

·        Must be able to manage administrative duties (record keeping, work orders, timesheets)

·        Manage Shop/Parts , including Logistics of yard activity

·        Keep track of km’s, safety equipment, vehicle requirements & plates

·        Ship, deliver or pick up parts

·        Receive, unpack and sort incoming parts, supplies and materials

·        Maintain close rapport with main office

·        Maintain records of Inventory

·        Company vehicle Inventory/audits (monitor cleanliness and safety supplies in vehicles)

·        Maintain vehicle list & preventative maintenance schedule

·        Complete work orders for internal equipment repairs and customers

·        Must be able to interact with clients, salesmen etc…

·        Order required parts and supplies and track stock

·        Keep records of plate renewals
